How can you be sure that your belts are made from Organic Leather?
Happy Cow has been working closely with the same manufacturer for over two years now. We have conducted numberous random inspections of the factories we are associated with. We have also complete extensive research into the Organic Leather industry. Whilst we can never be 100% sure that our leather has comes from cows that died of natural causes. We are confident that our leather has been obtained using the process our supplier has described.
When will I receive my purchase?
This site operates using the PayPal shopping-cart. It provides a safe and secure way for purchases to be made.

America & Canada: 7 - 10 days
Rest of the world: 7 - 14 days

Go to the 'Contact Us' page and fill out the enquiry form and request information on the specific item you are interested in. A sales representative will contact you promptly with more information.
I love your range, but I do not like making payments over the internet, is there another option?
We are currently in the process of opening offices all over the world. For Australian residents; there are already retail stores where you can purchase these items listed here. Non-Australian customers can contact our Head Office to organise a purchase by traditional methods.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Our Postage & Handling charges to anywhere in the world start from just $14.50 AUD. For Australian residents, this price includes GST payable on your purchase. We offer postage discounts for multiple purchases (ie: Purchase 3 items and only pay $9.80 postage per belt). Postage is added to the cost of the item on check-out. Special Offer: Spend over $250 AUD and you will receive free postage to anywhere in the world.
How can I be sure my belt will fit?
Upon check-out you will be given the option of entering your 'Hip Measurement'. This additional option is provided so that we can ensure that your belt will fit you.

Can you custom make belts?
In some circumstances we can make a Pocket Belt to fit your requirements. Send us an email with your specifications and we will see what we can do!
What if I am not happy with my purchase?
Simply send it to the return address on your package and the cost of your purchase (less postage costs) will be refund to your credit card.
Do you post to every country?
Yes we post worldwide, however we cannot be held responsible for any applicable custom charges in your home country.
The belt I want is sold-out, what should I do?
We experience a high-volume of sales and thus popular items sometimes sell-out. By paying for your belt now you can ensure that you receive it as soon as the new stock arrives.
