Items must be returned in original condition and packaging in order to be accepted. We will refund the cost of the item to the original payment method. Please be aware that your bank can take 6 - 8 weeks to return the money to your account.

Outside Australia? We do not offer prepaid return labels for international orders. However you can still return your item within 60 days and receive a full refund (less original and return shipping). Include the returns form (available above) with your returned goods and send to:
