24 Month Repair/Replace Warranty

This bag is designed to last for a decade of regular use. We put each design through weeks of testing to ensure it will last well beyond your expectations. Your purchase is made from 100% leather so it will soften and change over the years based on how it is used and the weather it is exposed too. The warranty covers manufacturing faults, as oppose to the natural changes that take place with leather.

If a manufacturing fault is found to have occurred we will repair your purchase for free, if we are unable to repair it then we will replace it. We will pay for the bag to be returned to us (within Australia only) and for it to be resent to you once repaired/replaced. If you are purchasing from outside Australia, you will need to pay for the bag to be sent to us but we will then fix it for free and resend it to you, at no extra charge.

Manufacturing faults are faults that occur due to an error or weakness in the way the bag is made. It does not include issues that occur from misuse or abuse. Cuts in the leather, mould, zips that break from force and water damage are examples of faults which are not due to manufacturing, they are due to the way in which the bag is cared for. Manufacturing faults include unusable button studs, unraveling stitching and broken buckle pins.

Your new Happy Cows are handmade from genuine leather so please treat them with care. Avoid water, high humidity, overfilling and sharp objects. We cannot repair or replace for free items that are damaged from something other than a manufacturing fault. For more information on caring for your product see our product care tips page.
