Orders received before 11am will be dispatched the same day and are guaranteed by Australia Post to be delivered the following day (if you live in a metropolitan area). Visit the Australia Post website to see if your address is included in the next day delivery network. If you order an item that has just sold out we will contact you immediately to notify you, this may cause a delay in dispatching your order.
We are excited to offer Australian buyers free return shipping. We know it can be tricky to determine online whether you will love your purchase or not, so we take all the risk on your behalf. To make a free return simply email us for a prepaid return label. The label can then be affixed to the box and dropped off at any post office across Australia. This service is currently only available within Australia. We are happy to provide an exchange for you and you will be charged an additional $5 for the reshipping of your replacement item. Please Note: We can only offer free returns when our prepaid labels are used, Customers who return items without an affixed prepaid label will not have the return shipping cost of the item refunded.

TrackingInternational orders are sent either express or regular. Express orders are sent via DHL with full tracking capabilities and arrive to most destinations within 3 business days (contact DHL to see if your order will arrive within this time frame). Regular shipped items are sent via Registered International Air Mail, through the postal service. Limited tracking may be available if your domestic postal service supports tracking of parcels coming from Australia. You will need to check with them for more information.
Your tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched. Orders sent via Registered Air Mail are trackable after 2 - 3 business days, once they leave Australia. Tracking for U.S. orders is available through the USPS website. If when tracking your order you get a message that states "Origin Post is preparing Shipment", this means the item has already arrived in your state. There are a number of reasons why your order may take longer to arrive than the estimates given above. Some common reasons are:
1. When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
2. If you are outside the main metropolitian area your order may take longer to be received.
3. If the color you ordered was recently sold out this will also cause a short delay while we arrange an alternative with you.
4. Delivery was attempted but no one was home to sign for the package. If the item was sent Registered, contact your local post office to retrieve your parcel. If it was sent express, delivery will be attempted either later that day or on the following business day.
You have 90 days to return your item from the date of purchase, whilst other companies only provide a few weeks, we give a 3 month return period so you can ensure your purchase is perfect for you. Click here to request an exchange/refund.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange for another item any difference in price will be payable via paypal invoice. Exchanges are shipped via regular postage at a cost of just $10 to anywhere in the world (the actual cost is $20 but we split the expense with you). Your item must be returned in original condition and packaging for a refund or exchange to be permitted.
Refunds: Refunds will be granted less our original cost of shipping and will only be provided if the item is returned in original condition, original packaging and within 90 days. The item must be returned to us at your expense.
Original Shipping: Original shipping is refundable only if we sent the wrong item, the item arrived damaged or your item was damaged during shipping.
Gifts
If the item is a gift it will be marked as gift but the cost of the item will still be included on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to declare the value of the gift item directly on the package. The only time an item will be marked with a nil value is when it is a replacement or exchange item.
