We only make bags in three sizes, one-size fits all, S/M and M/L. This refers to your measurements around the hips (where the bag will sit).
One-size fits all bags are usually fully adjustable and designed to fit everyone. If no size is listed then the bag is one-size fits all.
If your measurements around the waist are under 108cm / 42″ then generally a s/m will be a better fit for you.
Simply select a size/colour combination and the product image will swap to the exact item you are purchasing.

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
Our bags are handmade from premium leather and should always be treated nicely. Do not overfill them as the weight puts pressure on the bag. If fabric gets caught on a zip then carefully remove, do not force the zip. We don’t recommend treating the leather as this can affect the finish. If your bag does get wet make sure it dries completely to avoid mould. Keep your bag in its’ dust bag (provided) when not being used to keep it free from dust.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase on Happy Cow and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods (if available). Generally shipping is available with DHL or USPS.
Yes we ship to everywhere! A shipping quote is given during checkout but actual cost may be more or less.
Any applicable customs charges or taxes are not included in the shipping price and will be your responsibility. There is no refund on shipping prices under any circumstances.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and shipping information. You can then track your order on the USPS / Auspost or DHL website.
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Due to a high volume period, your order may take longer than anticipated.
Shipping with USPS takes 4 working days with the USA or 10 working days to international locations.
Shipping with DHL takes 4 working days to most international destinations.
Shipping with Startrack (within Australia) generally takes 2 working days.
For remote locations, please add an additional 2-5 business day to each shipping method’s expected delivery time.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If your card has been issued outside of Australia, your order may need additional verification before it can be processed (contact your bank or select PayPal as your payment method).
We do not charge a credit card surcharge.
We do our best to provide accuracy in the pricing and other product information displayed on our website, but mistakes sometimes happen. In such cases, Happy Cow expressly reserves the right not to honor pricing errors found on this website when accepting an online order. If an error occurs, we’ll let you know and cancel the order. Any authorized payments for that order will be immediately refunded. If you find an error once your order is delivered, please contact our Customer Care team or refer to our return policy.

Orders & Returns
If you return your item to us in original condition we will happily exchange or refund it for you. Items not returned in original condition will not be accepted.
All backordered bags are dispatched as soon as they arrive. Delivery date is given as an estimate only. We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as we possibly can. You can opt for a refund/exchange at any time if you prefer not to wait.
